Altitude Adjustment Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Tennessee and North
Carolina mountains from the back deck Accommodations: 2 bedroom, 2 bath with large open sleeping loft. Sleeps up to 12 people (master bedroom king, queen sleeper sofa in basement, upstairs bedroom full, sleeping loft 2 twins and queen sleeper sofa, 2 full futons in living room.) Amenities:
Rate: $150 per night Friday, Saturday and holidays or $800 per week for 6 people. Sunday thru Thursday night special is $100 per night. $10 fee for each additional person per rental period. Ten percent sales tax. Check In: Check in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m. On Sunday, Check in time is 5 p.m. and check out time is 1 p.m. Cancellation Policy: There is a two week cancellation policy. Cancellations less than two weeks are subject to forfeiting the $250 deposit. If you don't cancel and don't show up on the confirmed date, you will also lose your deposit. Policies:
Smoking inside cabin and/or bringing pets without making arrangements will result in non-refundable deposit. Any further damage or cleaning expenses will be billed to the renter. Reservations: After confirming availability of dates, you may use PayPal to pay your deposit with a credit card, or you may send us a personal check. If credit card (PayPal) is used there will be a $10 charge. Your reservation will not be confirmed until we receive your deposit. Verbal reservations will be held for five days only. During winter months, a four wheel drive vehicle may be required to reach the cabin. Please
