Cloud Nine

Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Tennessee and North Carolina mountains from the back deck of this isolated cabin on Mangums Pride Mountain. This is owner's personal cabin.

Accommodations: 3 bedroom, 3 bath with two sleeping loft. Sleeps up to 6 people (master bedroom/Basement king, One Bed room Full, upstairs loft full.

Rate: $150 per night Friday, Saturday and holidays or $800 per week for 6 people. Sunday thru Thursday night special is $100 per night. $10 fee for each additional person per rental period. Ten percent lodging tax.

Check In: Check in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m. On Sunday, Check in time is 5 p.m. and check out time is 1 p.m.

Cancellation Policy: There is a two week cancellation policy. Cancellations less than two weeks are subject to forfeiting the $250 deposit. If you don't cancel and don't show up on the confirmed date, you will also lose your deposit.

Policies:

Pets: With prior arrangements pets are allowed with a $200 damage deposit per pet. Security and Damage deposits are held until Housekeeping staff checks cabin. If there is no damage to the cabin and if house rules have been followed, the deposits are returned within seven days.
Smoking: Prohibited inside the cabin but there are ash trays provided on the porches.

Smoking inside cabin and/or bringing pets without making arrangements will result in non-refundable deposit. Any further damage or cleaning expenses will be billed to the renter.

Reservations: After confirming availability of dates, you may use PayPal to pay your deposit with a credit card, or you may send us a personal check. If credit card (PayPal) is used there will be a $10 charge. Your reservation will not be confirmed until we receive your deposit. Verbal reservations will be held for five days only. During winter months, a four wheel drive vehicle may be required to reach the cabin.
