Georgia Mountain Properties has new custom log homes available at Sun Rock Mountain,  My Mountain and Mineral Bluff Peak. Our custom log homes are made of hand hewn logs with tongue and groove throughout accented with a wide assortment of windows in all angles and shapes. 

There are six lots available at Sun Rock Mountain. The panoramic view from Sun Rock Mountain of North Carolina and Tennessee creates a layered mountain landscape on the Eastern horizon.  Peaks and valleys frame the beautiful town of Blue Ridge on the Western vista.

We are in the final development phase of 33 lots at My Mountain. There are panoramic mountain and valley views, rolling meadows, private lakes, and pristine woods full of wild turkeys, deer, huckleberries and blackberries.

There are 4 lots remaining in the final development phase of Mineral Bluff Peak.  All lots have panoramic mountain views,  underground utilities and are located on a paved road.
