My Mountain Properties

My Mountain is a private mountain of exclusive lots and custom log homes between Blue Ridge and Blairsville, Georgia. There are panoramic mountain and valley views, rolling meadows, private lakes, and pristine woods.  My Mountain is deed restricted to preserve and increase the value of your property. 

We have 33 lots from .8 to 1.5 acres available ranging from $35,000 to $65,000 per lot. 

Custom built log homes are priced from $250,000, or we will build to meet your requirements. Custom log homes at My Mountain are made of hand selected 4" logs with tongue and groove throughout. These homes have two to three bedrooms, two to three baths, a gas burning fireplace, and an eat-in kitchen.  The living room/great room has floor-to-ceiling windows, recessed lighting, ceiling fans and cathedral ceilings. 

One can enjoy the spectacular view from all levels including the basement. There are ceiling fans, solid wood doors and insulated windows throughout the home. Optional package for appliances and hot tub is available.
