Sun Rock Mountain is a deed restricted community with only four lots and one log home still available.  Lots are 1.37 to 1.69 acres starting at $85,000 with panoramic views of layered mountain landscapes cascading  toward North Carolina and Tennessee.  The custom log home is $275,000.

The Sun Rock Mountain log home is made of hand hewn logs with tongue and groove throughout.
